I had the honor to test a beautiful dress of sinclair patterns:
the De Yasmin v-neck dress.
De Yasmin v-neck dress is aansluitend aan het bovenlichaam en aan de taille. De plooitjes aan de schouder en de taille zorgen voor een leuk accent, terwijl de prachtig gevormde tailleband zelfs een rechthoekig figuur als ik een mooie taille geeft.
The Yasmin v-neck dress is fitted at the shoulders, bust and waist. The pleats on the shoulder and waist provide a nice accent, while the beautifully shaped waistband even gives a
rectangular body, like mine, a nice waist.
Voor het rokdeel kan je kiezen tussen een rimpelrok of een A-lijn rok,
en dit in drie lengtes (knie, midi en maxi). Mijn rok is iets meer
gerimpeld dan die in het definitieve patroon, maar dat stoort mij niet.
Optionele zakken zijn eveneens in het patroon inbegrepen.
For the skirt part you can choose between a gathered skirt or an A-line skirt in knee, midi and maxi lengths.
My skirt is slightly more gathered than the one in the final pattern, but that doesn't bother me.
The pattern has optional side pockets.
Zoals je op de lijntekening kan zien heeft deze jurk ook 4 mouwlengtes. Doordat je kan varieren tussen een mouwloze jurk en een jurk met korte, 3/4 of lange mouwen is dit patroon geschikt voor alle seizoenen.
As you can see on the line drawing, this dress also has 4 sleeve lengths. Because you can vary between a sleeveless dress and a dress with short, 3/4 or long sleeves, this pattern is suitable for all seasons.
